Care for your pieces

Care for your pieces…

Cotton: As our pieces are produced in natural cottons, please follow the wash instructions carefully. Hang to dry immediately after washing. Ironing should be kept at a minium, as to much heat will damage the natural fibres of the cotton.

Knit: Our knit wear is created in a natural wool fibre, and is therefore self-cleaning. It is important to know that natural fibres are especially sensitive towards high temperatures and any changes in water temperature. If your washing machine has a gentle wool cycle, this is actually preferred over washing the knit items by hand. Machines can keep a stabile temperature, the garment is not soaked and a very light tumbling that’s part of the wash cycle helps get the water out. All of which is a gentler way of cleaning our products than by hand.

Avoid the dryer by all means.
